All Canada Post tracking numbers are shared to the email you provide with your order. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please be sure to check your junk mail in case it has been filtered.

We’ve made it easier to earn with our new points system, where you earn 10 points for every $35 spent (excluding tax and shipping charges). When you’re ready to spend your points, you’ll get $1 off your cart subtotal for every 100 points redeemed.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
No registration is required prior to placing an order. During the checkout process, an account will be automatically registered using the email address provided and your chosen password. Once you have paid for your order, it will be out on it’s way to your address, which you can save to your account for future orders.
We make use of Interac e-Transfer (also known as Electronic Funds Transfer) for all payments. e-Transfer is a simple, secure, discreet and reliable method of payment. Instructions are displayed during checkout, and emailed to you as well.

We’re sorry you weren’t able to find your favourite strain on the menu! We grow every strain that we process and therefore are limited cyclically to the plants individual growth cycle and its place in line. You can expect turnaround of similar strains every 3-6 months.
At this time, we do not have any introductory coupons. If you know a current Hystar customer they can share their personal referral code and save you 10% on your first order, as well as a 10% coupon for themselves.
Once you place your first order you will have access to your own code as well as be able to earn points on your purchases for further discounts.
